SUDIC HEALTHCARE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and drive excellence in patient care, staff performance, and financial sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Role

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management of the clinic, including:

• Oversee daily clinic workflow, patient flow, and scheduling
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources
• Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff
• Conduct regular performance reviews and address disciplinary matters
• Organize staff meetings, huddles, and training sessions
• Monitor revenue cycle, billing, and collections
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements
• Investigate and resolve incidents, complaints, and risks
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service delivery

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing OR Degree in Nursing OR
• Degree in Health Services Management, Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a clinical or healthcare management.
Reporting

The Clinic Manager reports directly to the Managing Director .
